The foundation is run under the power of Executive Director and Chief operational

officer of the organization together with a team of 9 board members. HARO begun in

2006 and it has been active in operational since then in West Nile and occasional in

Eastern Uganda as need deems right. HARO’s operations relies on donations and

depending on the funding, it is capable of accomplishing great in live with its vision and

objectives..

Vision of HARO

To help the needy in the communities including the refugees, orphans, widows, elderly

and PWDs to access basic services and live a life worthy meaningful and as well as

help them realize their potential regardless of the circumstances that they are in.

Undertaking to enhance the needy in communities with holistic support by enabling them

to access basic services that can help them come to terms with the circumstances that

they are in while equipping with knowledge, skills, counselling to renew their holistic

hopes.
